New moulds in progress

Our team is currently working on several fiberglass moulds for the continued production of LANIAKEA.
One of the moulds will be used to produce roof panels for the cabins, while two others are being prepared for the shower bases for different cabins.

Another important mould is being created for the crash box - a structural component, designed to help protect the structural area in the event of an impact.

Once these moulds are completed, we will begin producing the final parts using our standard composite construction process: combining carbon fibre, Corecell foam and epoxy resin. This method allows us to create strong, lightweight and durable components that meet the performance and quality standards required for a high-end catamaran like LANIAKEA.
