We have successfully completed a major milestone in the construction of LANIAKEA. The first hull was lifted out of the mould and carefully placed in position for the next stages of production, marking a significant step forward in the build process.

With the hull now released from the mould, our team will continue working on it by installing technical onboard equipment, internal systems, and other important components that will later support the yacht’s full operation. This includes preparation for systems integration, equipment placement and onboard installations that will gradually transform the hull into a fully assembled carbon-fiber power catamaran.

This was an exciting moment for everyone involved. Our team gathered to witness the hull being moved for the first time after many months of work, preparation, and close attention to every stage of the process. Seeing the first hull outside the mould gave us a clear view of LANIAKEA’s distinctive shape, futuristic lines, and truly unique design vision created by our Chief Designer, Chulhun Park. It was a proud moment for the entire Latitude Yachts team, and we cannot wait to see the yacht continue to come together.

The work on the next hull will start very soon, allowing us to continue the production process efficiently and move forward with the next LANIAKEA build in parallel.
